Tempered and Laminated Glass Introduction
Tempered glass is produced by first heating float glass to the softening point in tempered glass
production line, and then cooling the glass rapidly and averagely with high-speeded and high-
pressured cold wind. The formation of uniform comprehensive stress on the surface of tempered
glass and internal tensile stress effectively enhance the release of bending and impact.
Laminated glass is made of two or three pieces of glass with adhesive thus improving the strength of the glass. When the external glass is broken, the fragments will be bound by the adhesive, therefore, it only generates radicalized cracks, thus preventing accident.
Then we use tempered an lamianted glass to make the elevator glass panel, It is strong(3-5times of normal glass),thermal stable ( withstand 300 ºC temperature change) and high security glass.
