Double Glazed Ceramic Frit Glass

Color Ceramic Double Glazed is a perfect combination of color ceramic glass and double glazed. This unit has a beautiful decration and thermal keeping function,has properties of ceramic glass and insulated glass.

Color Ceramic Glass is made by printing a layer of ceramic ink on the surface of glass through the screen mesh for tempering or heat-strengthening process after. As a result silk-screen printed glass is durable, scratch-proof, solar shading and with anti-glare effect.  Its acid and moisture resistant features maintain colors for decades, whereas various color and graphic choices are an option. The tempered silk-screen printed glass has safety glass properties.

Applicable areas are architectural interior and exterior decoration, curtain wall installations, etc.

Double Glazed  glass  is manufactured by fusing together 2 panes ,spaced by dry air or argon gas. It is with exellent solar heat insulation property which greatly reduces cooling or heating loads and make building looks colorful and beautiful. 
 
 Features with ceramic glass

1. Various colors and patterns are  available and customized,according to your ideal design ,drawing,
Pantone color chart or RAL color chart.

2. Water Resistance- has a special resistance to humidity and water,making it ideal
for use in high humidity rooms such as, kitchens and bathrooms etc.

3.The paint is ceramic- fritted on the glass surface in high temprature,then 
    -Scratch resistant, Acid and Alkali resistant.
   - High color stability, durable and without color fading;

4. Effective in providing solar shading and anti glare.

5. Safe & strong enough ,anti-impact
1) Safety performance: tempered glass will appear hurtless obtuse angles when breakage.
2) Strength performance: Four times more than ordinary glass.
3)  Heat stability performance: Three times more than ordinary glass, could bear the temperature change about 200°C.
4)  Tempered glass has a very good performance of anti-curve, anti-impact intensity.

Features with double glazed glass 

1. low heat gain and heat loss value (low U value)
2. reduce noise level by 30 dB. with inert gas in-filled, a 5 dB further reduction can be achieved.
