Audited Supplier The soultion to make Anti-spontaneous breakage laminated glass: to use tempered low iron glasss or heat strenghend glass for substrate glass .
1) low iron glass is crystal and pure without Nis or with very tiny Nis,then does't tend to be self-explosion or spontaneous breakage.
2) Heat strengthend glass is similar to tempered glass except that the cooling is done at a much slower pace. Annealed glass is heated to approximately 650-700 º C, but the cooling process is slower than that for tempered glass. Heat strengthened glass is about twice as strong as annealed glass of the same size and thickness. This glass provides necessary resistance to thermal stress associated with high performance .it is far less susceptible to spontaneous breakage or anti-self explousion
3) the chemical element NiS in the glass reverts back or expands back to its stable state creating huge stress, without any load or at any time the glass can break. Heat soak testing is a destructive test. Tempered Glass is put into a heat Soak Oven and brought to and held at a temperature of 555 degrees Farenheit for two hours. Most glass containing Nickel Sulphide will shatter during this process and thus be eliminated from the glass project.
