Low E  Warm Edge Insulating Glass

 * is manufactured by fusing together 2 panes, or 3 panels of glass spaced by warm edge spacer,filled with dry air or Argon gas. It is with exellent solar heat insulation property which greatly reduces cooling or heating loads and make building looks colorful and beautiful. 




Warm Edge Bar is  used to hold glass apart within a sealed unit, spacer tube helps to maintain its structural integrity. It r is a rigid warm edge tube which is made from high performance engineering plastic with a gas diffusion barrier to minimise gas loss from the surface area of the spacer bar.The composition ensures that it is structurally sound while helping to reduce the heat loss at the edge of the glazing unit.

4.High temperature resistance: macromolecule tackifier improves the high temperature resistant and High moisture resistant properties of insulating glass

5.Ageing resistance: macromolecule raw materials, antideteriorant, ultraviolet absorber and shielded agent can effectively resist the attack of environmental extremes.
