Solar Reflective Glass and Low E Insulated Glass
Made by fusing solar reflective gray glass and low E glass together ,spaced by dry air or argon gas.
Solar Reflective Grey Glass is produced by applying a metalic layer onto the glass surface.The process is the so-called magnetically enhanced sputtering under vacuum. With a mirror -like appearance,the solar reflective coating reduces solar heat gain by reflecting and absorbing solar energy. It can be further processed as laminating or double glazing. It looks very morden and elegent!
low E glass conbines the advantage of both low S.C.and low U value which can be used in different climates,Solar Control is a key issue in terms of energy saving.
In hot conditions, or for buildings with high internal loads, it is used to minimize solar heat gain by rejecting solar radiation and help control glare.
